This policy explains what data Asierta collects, why, and how you stay in control. We apply data minimisation: we only collect what is needed to play. The data controller is Asierta, reachable via the Contact page or at bonjour@asierta.app.

Data we collect

• Account: nickname, email and password (encrypted).
• Game: your picks, your points and your membership of one or more groups.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser type, connection logs — strictly necessary for operation, security and fraud prevention.

Legal basis

We process your account and game data to perform the contract between us (playing Asierta). Technical security data relies on our legitimate interest. Advertising cookies are only set with your consent.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (login, security) are always active and require no consent. Advertising and audience-measurement cookies are only set after you agree, via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page, or in your browser settings.

Advertising

The service is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads and measure their performance; this processing is subject to your consent and governed by Google's privacy policy. We never sell your data.

Data sharing

We share certain technical data with our hosting provider and, if you consent, with our advertising partners (Google AdSense), strictly limited to what their service requires. No other resale or sharing for commercial purposes.

International transfers

Some of our providers (hosting, advertising) may process data outside the European Union. When they do, we rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

Security

Passwords are encrypted, connections are protected via HTTPS, and access to data is limited to what the service needs.

Retention

Your account and game data are kept while your account is active, then erased or anonymised within a reasonable period after deletion or prolonged inactivity. Technical logs are kept for a short period, limited to security needs.

Minors

Asierta is not specifically aimed at children. Use of the service by anyone under 16 requires a parent or guardian's consent.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. Contact us via the Contact page to exercise them; we respond within a reasonable timeframe.
